Gut feeling drove me off the highway into a smaller concrete road.  Concrete, yes, but only for about 50meters then it dropped off into this more-dust-than-gravel road.

After a few kilometers of this stuff, I asked for directions then turned back into the highway.  If I had stuck with it for a few more kilometers, I would have ridden through a town I haven’t been through before.

…so this is a reminder to stick w/ my instincts a bit more the next time.
