Nice speedwork in the evening. 6km @ 4.06 became 6.4km @ 3.50, and that’s a good symptom. This week I was finally able to run as much as I wanted too, and even the neck is going better and better; and if the weather stays like that, bike is definitely an option for next week! Triathlon, here I come (back)!

Wow! This makes my Friday speedwork (Eight 400m repeats at ~3:45min/km) easy by comparison.
I just broke my promise I made a few days ago, but it never hurts to look at your training from another perspective.
